Cholesterol-conscious Exercise
|
If you want to lower your blood cholesterol levels, eating a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet is an important step. But to get even better results, you should throw some exercise into the mix.
Studies show that people who exercise regularly in addition to eating healthfully fare better than those who focus solely on diet. Exercisers have higher levels of the "good" cholesterol (HDL, or high-density lipoproteins) and lower levels of the "bad" cholesterol (LDL, or low-density lipoproteins).

For over 12 years and counting...
Body Reflections Fitness and Debbie Thompson have dedicated themselves to helping clients reach their goals. It is not just a job, it's a passion!
The Body Reflections Fitness personal training facility is surprisingly private and non-intimidating, so unlike public gyms, you do not have to be intimidated or self-conscience. Clients are very supportive because they are in the same boat as you are, trying to get back into shape with the motivation of a personal trainer.
Body Reflections Fitness clients work with a professional personal trainer in a private environment. Rates are based only on the time you spend with a personal trainer and there are no membership fees or aggressive sales people. Many people realize the value of a personal trainer and visit us often, while others try to accomplish their goals on their own and will just visit for a few sessions to learn an effective program. The frequency of your visits is up to you!
In addition to personal training fitness programs, Body Reflections Fitness offers consultations for health and medical information, nutrition, running, and endurance training.
